XABIS provides a full and wide range of technical, scientific, operating and management services for the
commercial scale transformation of cannabis into a full range of cannabis-based consumables.

PHASE I

LICENSE APPLICATION
& FACILITY DESIGN
  • Assist owner with relevant sections for a new license application for owner’s facility
  • Attend municipal and or State public hearings / interviews as may be necessary to support owner’s license application
  • Provide recommended operational plans and supporting materials for owner’s license application
  • Assist owner in the requirements and evaluation of equipment
  • Assist owner with facility requirements and design related to the extraction processing / manufacturing area
  • Provide other license application and facility support owner may need

PHASE II

SYSTEMS & EQUIPMENT
IMPLEMENTATION
  • Deliver implementation manual, including project plans, stakeholder contacts, Statement of work, and drafts of initial SOPs
  • Assist owner with communication and coordination of third party service providers
  • Assist owner with sourcing furniture, fixtures and equipment (FFE) and operating supplies and equipment (OSE)
  • Assist owner with delivery, installation and initial commissioning of equipment
  • Interview, hire, and train all extraction and manufacturing staff
  • Implement inventory management and MIMS systems
  • Draft all initial SOPs and manuals
  • Provide other license application and facility support owner may need

PHASE III

Complete on-site extraction
& manufacturing operations

EXPERT MANAGEMENT OF EXTRACTION OPERATIONS

  • Coordinate, submit and retain products to approved third party lab
    for testing
  • Sort, weigh, bulk package, label, seal and deliver finished products
  • Retain and track weights, classifications, inventory control, third party lab results, and other records related to products
  • Provide Supply Chain operations for all supplies and components needed in the processing operation
  • Provide processing-related human resources
  • Perform or arrange for facility maintenance as required to maintain owner’s facility in good condition and in compliance with the Laws and Regulations
  • Continually monitor the industry to identify, develop and assist owner in implementing new innovations and best practices

  • Standard operating procedures (SOP), including OSHA and GMP compliant practices
  • Hazard and Operability (HazOp) practices
